Don't know if you hear this much, but your game is phenomenal! playing it as a trans-fem brought me back to my "being a guy in denial" phase in the best way possible. at the end of chapter 4 and every single oasis so far has been a euphoric experience! <3
Loving the game, in ch 2 as the princess i feel a missed dialogue opportunity, when penny asked you to go first next time on the rope, the next time you are headed back, if you go first she can see right up your skirt which would make for a funny dialogue moment.

Is it possible to be male for the entire game? I recently finished chapter one. The prologue honestly wasn't really working for me writing wise, but the writing in chapter 1 was incredible, and has me excited to play the other chapters!
the end of chapter 1 is the last required change. There’s a couple more that are required more on a mechanical level, but you only need to choose one amongst them and there are more unused option. So yes you can technically do a minimum TF run that is still a guy
It's the main TF over the course of the game. Optional (mainly via the Liebra Side quests), but spread out over it. Plus more focused TFs have some temporary ones with MtF themes along with other ones in sections of it
The Game Manual answers a lot in the section about it 4 and 5 star ones are one time only ones. 3 and below can be duplicates. At least of what I remember off the top of my head for your questions (aka don't remember rates. It varies with type of shard, though)
This is separate from my previous comment, I found an interesting bug which I didn't bother to progress further or else I could have broke the game but you can still do Liebra's side quest 5 when you hope in the bed before getting tier 3 classes cause after you finish the quest you teleport to the bed instead of the mind room.
No plans, but mainly I'm also just far enough away that I've not given that a bunch of thought. So maybe? I'd have to think about what one could even do to make NG+ interesting

so I may have screwed up, I was following the guide, & thought that to choose for the MC to be solely interested in women, I had to select the options that would give me 2-3 Bisexuality Points, & then talk to Liebra so that the MC could confirm that the interest in Men was only in the memories shown in Liebra SQ4 or something. this brings me to my main question.
Game so good I am playing it again after completing it yesterday on to reread and understand the lore better. I think I needed to find a game like this, it helped me think about some stuff I haven't though of before... and it gave me ideas for other stuff.

well, custom face portraits are being commissioned. But there is a face swap bonus outfit in the hole, since the face has been more a love it or hate it

I avoid giving tips about superbosses, since that's the idea on them. They're entirely optional. Though I do encourage people to share their strategies (including on the discord, which people have)

I'm a little confused on how to fully become a full woman in game in the walkthrough it says chapter 5+ i should be able to try. Is there a way to know how much crossover points I have? also if you complete a quest before having the right amount of crossover/acceptance will that lock you out of those changes?

You should try adding equipment loadouts for people that want to save loadouts for specific classes.
Alas, that has technically limitations that make it unlikely to ever happen. (aka I am not a coder and it'd require notable custom code to make work)

it’s acquired/licensed from multiple sources, so no. But at least part of it is available via the in game unlockable jukebox. Battle music at least.

it is not, no. Just a placeholder in the walkthrough to indicate plans (why it’s WIP or another phrase)

5 is the earliest but that requires some optimization. Theres an item in the Hole in the Ground that lets you see some of the more hidden values.
I don’t think any change that has acceptance requirements is part of a completeable quest?
raw power is gotten from story progression from bosses and such. And a few of them from completing party member side quests
