And some fixes for a couple softlock scenarios that appeared after release.

If you run into an issue with the 2nd, via getting the TF too earlier, it requires some other choices to also be made to cause it in 0.14.0, and if you do then I think it will stop the save from fully progressing to the end, and there's not a good way to fix those saves, imo. This should stop it from happening.
